The Center for the Deaf (PARD) aims to create an inclusive society where deaf individuals have full access to sign language and equality in participating in social activities. PARD focuses on enhancing the capacity and awareness of the Deaf community, helping deaf individuals become confident and take control of their own lives. PARD raises societal awareness about the Deaf community and sign language.
